Training & Recruitment Supervisor/Manager

Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.

Stays current with developments in the field of Human Resources and makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the Human Resources Manager.

Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.

Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.

Deploy and coordinate all meeting and training courses as required by the Training Manager.

Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law.

Training Strategy and Planning:

Assist in identifying the training needs of the Resort.

Manage and check all the training programs being carried out in the hotel on an on-going basis.

Coordinate with HODs in order to complete Hotel Monthly Training Plan 

 Training Operations:

 Prepare all training materials and documents for training class.

Manage room arrangement, coffee break and ensure training room is ready before class starting.

Conduct Orientation, Brand Service Programs, customer service and other Soft Skills Programs.

Follow up Personal Training Competencies List and Employee Orientation Check List.

Update Training Attendance Records correctly which include Departmental Training (On The Job Training)

Design attractive training activity board and update regularly.

Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.

   Handle local student trainee and international internship trainee program.

Prepare Training Monthly Report to Human Resources Manager.

Proper filling Employee Development Journey file.

Other: To assist Human Recourses Department in organizing Staff Activities and undertake other tasks as agreed with Human Resources Manager.\

In charge of recruitment procedures and implement it strictly time to time.

Searching for CVs to make up the CV pool.

Ensure that applicant’s database are well updated and reports accuracy, purpose job descriptions for different positions upon request.

In charge of new hiring procedures: arrange the interview, welcome letter, locker, offer letter, reference check...

In charge of making sure the following of staff to company rules and regulation.

Updating employment status regularly.

 Managing master HR and payroll software and propose solution to improve effectiveness

of the system.

Any tasks assigned by HR Manager.
