Job requirement

Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and execute full-cycle recruitment for back-office, stores and warehouse positions.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process, including proactive sourcing, resume screening, competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Design, post, and monitor job advertisements across multiple platforms —career sites, professional networks, and offline channels to maximize talent reach and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Enhance onboarding processes by streamlining administrative steps, delivering interactive orientations, and accelerating new hires’ integration into the company’s culture and workflows.
  • Maintain and continuously update the candidate database, generate recruitment reports, and analyze hiring KPIs to improve process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence and talent appeal, focusing on career fairs, university partnerships, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage content for social media, internal channels, and recruitment advertising materials to showcase company culture and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with universities, student organizations, and external partners to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for employer branding merchandise, headhunting services, and event logistics, ensuring quality delivery and budget control.

Job requirement

Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Foreign Languages, Business and Economics, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities.
  • Human Resources Management major is preferred
  • Can communicate in English/Chinese (Manderin)

Experience:

  • 3+ year of experience of recruiting experience for the stores and warehouse.
  • Mass recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Skills:

  • Skilled at candidate sourcing and basic phone interview and pre-onboarding.
  • Good at interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
