Service Instructor

Mô tả công việc

· Identify and assess future and current service training needs through job analysis, business requirement and customer need.

· Design and conduct particular service training courses for each position or level based on TNA.

· Identify individual and team skills gaps and area they need to improve.

· Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

· Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically

· Deploy a wide variety of service training methods

· Develop digital and print training material (e.g. videos and manuals)

· Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)

· Ensure new hires take on basic service training courses, including job skill, service mind, communication, and customer service skills.

· Maintain updated records of training curricula and material

Yêu cầu công việc

- Previous research or teaching experience in at least one of the following areas: Service Management, Restaurant Management or Hospitality.

- Previous professional experience in the Hospitality industry

- Demonstrated knowledge of effective strategies for working in the service industry.
