Senior HR & Admin Executive

Job requirement

Human Resource

  • Manage, coordinate and work closely with Group Human Resource Manager in managing full spectrum of HR function.
  • Plan, manage and maintain the Company’s human capital management effort by planning, implementing and evaluation employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices in consultation with HRM.
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Group Human Resource’s policy.
  • Update personnel file from time to time, maintain human resource system and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with Group Human Resource Manager for management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety etc. as directed from time to time.
  • Manage HR role for local staff by counselling employees and providing planning support.
  • Organize and conduct new employee briefing and orientation.
  • Handle all HR operation related function and activities: leaves, claims admin, air ticket reservation.
  • Handle and ensure arrangement for expatriate process including work permit, visa, resident card application, accommodation and transportation arrangement.
  • Review, provide recommendation for benefits comparison and benchmark.
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirement and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure and verify monthly overtime, allowance computation.
  • Ensure monthly payroll, on time, data integrity, submission statutory to respective organization.

Admin support

  • Ensure and communicate with cleaner services of office cleaning expectation and monitoring.
  • Manage car pool management system, office related purchasing and IT support services.
  • Balance and check employee expenses claims.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Country Head.
  • Admin for quality department ( vessel schedule, deployment, permit process).

Job requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant position
  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese laws (Labor Code, Employment Law,
  • Social Insurance, PIT, Regulations for Expatriates).
  • Good experience in payroll.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building ability.
  • Pleasant and mature attitude.
  • Ability to work independently & responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
