Sales Staff

Job Purpose Statement:

• To handle order from customers in South Vietnam

​Key Responsibilities:

• Check FCST/PO from customers and input to the system
• Follow and check production schedule, delivery schedule to meet the customer delivery due date
• Make arrangements for deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents, check invoice
• Control stock levels and make report
• Work related to other departments such as warehouse, planning, production, QC, accounting, customers,…
• Reflect all work in company systems
• .Any task assigned by superior

• Experience : 2 years or Fresh-graduate 
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English communications
• Good knowledge of Logistic, Impot-Export, Supply Chain Management, Incoterm..
• Solution orientated thinking and acting
• Cooperation skills
• Ability to plan and work independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
