Sales Representative

Mô tả công việc

- Maintain existing business relationships, taking orders from customers; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily calendars for existing or other potential business relationships.

- Understand and memorize features, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors.

- Understand the customer contact process, the process of handling information complaints, the process of receiving and resolving customer information, fully recording according to the contradictions of these processes.

- Contact customers and record all customer information in customer contact reports. Report the content of customer contact during the day to the Head of Department.

- Draft the contract after the customer has agreed basically, forward to the Head of the Department for comments on the contract terms. Set up the procedures for signing a contract, keep a copy of the contract, transfer the original to the Head of the Department to keep, an original for the accounting department to keep.

- Direct implement, urge the performance of the contract, including delivery procedures, invoicing, and customers to check the quality of products delivered.

- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….

- Monitor the process of contract liquidation, supporting the accounting department to speed up the debt, finishing the liability only when the customer has paid.

- Trade, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers.

- Update job knowledge through work, read books on business and marketing;

- Maintain customer relationships.

- Develop business in the assigned area.

- Customer care and sales according to a set schedule.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Min 01 years experience in equivalent position;

- College degree or above specialized in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketting.

-Good communication in English;

- Korean is an advantage;

- Fluency in office computers, work-related software, independent work.

- Work at 208 Nguyen Trai Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Dist 1, HCMC.

- Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent and sensitive.

- Promote business, communication skills.

- Prefer candidates with experience in pharmacy and / or plastic surgery experience

- Enjoy interacting and participating in a team environment. Can work autonomously

- Able to work on weekends and after office hours

- Willingness and ability to learn complex technical information

- Outgoing, confident and friendly

- Working under high pressure and independent.
