Receptionist

Job requirement

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Provide information about projects of Phu My Hung to customers.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Keep reception area clean and neat.

Job requirement

  • College degree in Tourism/ Hospitality or related major.
  • Communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Good at computer skills.
  • Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere.
  • Remain calm, patient and polite, if receiving customer feedback.
  • Good-looking and single.
