[ITL Logistics] - Accountant Staff

1. Accounts payable & cost control

• Review and verify all payment requests to ensure they are valid, reasonable, and compliant with Tax laws and Company financial policies.
• Process payments accurately and on time; manage the payment schedule to optimize cash flow.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable for both external vendors and internal employees (advances/reimbursements).
• Monitoring daily operations to ensure costs align with established norms, timely report any significant variances.
• Track and remind relevant departments/staff to complete advance settlements as per company regulations.

2. Accounting bookkeeping & reconciliation

• Perform accurate accounting and journal entries into the system.
• Complete reconciliations (Bank, AP, intercompany, fixed assets) by strict deadlines.
• Maintain all accounting records and practices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

3. Ad-hoc tasks: Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager or Head of Finance.

·        Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting

·        Good command in English (Toeic 550)

·        Good Computer skills (MS Office)

·        Good knowledge of current regulations on taxation and accounting relevant AP & costing.

·        Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external contacts

·        Be able to work independently and under pressure

·        Self-organized, quality, and detail-oriented

·        Good attitude in teamwork

·        Work assurance.

·        Over 3 - 4 years' experience as Accountant

·        Preferably in Logistic & Warehouse field
