Mô tả công việc

  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized work methods and procedures.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times.
  • Design layout and workflow of manufacturing facilities.
  • Monitor production performance and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and manufacturing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies is a plus.
