Mô tả công việc


  • Implement recruitment as process and manpower budget approved to ensure all recruitment requirements are met in a timely manner and orientation program for newcomers

  • Deliver and implement HR procedures in staffing/transfer/movement/resignation

  • Manage employee profiles and update/follow up data information in the system

  • Follow up some benefits schemes for staff such as AON, uniforms… and others payment

  • Communicate and implement other HR processes and procedures in a full compliance with company's regulations and frameworks

  • Implement some tasks assigned in People & Organization Development Pillars (TPM Methodology) such as following up pillar KPIs, meeting minutes…

  • Ad-hoc projects/assignments/tasks required from HRBP Supply Chain

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree preferably Human Resources, Law, Business Administration

  • Requires at least 2+ years FMCG full-time the same position with equivalent title and business size

  • Dynamic, good English and communication skill

  • Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees

  • Proactive initiative and communication style

  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge in TPM Methodology - preferred
