HR Manager

Mô tả công việc

- Be in charge of all HR jobs, including: Recruitment, training & development, C&B, Policy & Profit, evaluation… Proposal salary system for company, each department.

- Make budget plan and follow up to maintain GA activities;

- Support foreigners in immigration procedure as visa, work permit and living conditions during working time in Vietnam

- Co-ordinate to organize events, company party.

- Training subordinate to achieve company objectives;

- Assist Korean General manager to manage and take responsibility of overall operation of GA section.

- Develop and implement company Human Resources policies and procedures to fit with company needs

- Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements (Vietnam Labor Code) and ensure the Compliance

- Support top management to develop long term HR strategic plan

- Forecast future manpower requirements and propose plans for maintaining optimal organizational design and staffing level to cope with operational needs

- Manage an effective budget and cost control on human resources expenses

- Develop recruitment strategy

- Organize, build and improve human resources development policy, remuneration, compensation, management regulations, rules and workflow.

- Ensure the development and implementation of an effective performance management system

- Responsible for Government relations and Reporting

- Responsible for Labor relations

- Resolving conflicts and disputes at the Company & other duties assigned by General Manager and report directly to General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of a B.A or related equivalent degree.- Strong background with professional training on human resource management.- At least 5 years of experience as HR manager in manufacturing industry in Vietnam.- Knowledgeable of labor law of Vietnam and HR standard operation procedures.- Fluency in  English or Korean language.- Excellent leadership skill and strong management skill.- Engagement and objective oriented is highly desirable.- To be able to work under high pressure.
