Head of Corporate Sales

Objectives

- Relationship building with Corporates, Factories for development and for the smooth conduct of iCare business.

- Own, manage and lead the Corporate Sales function and support retail sales team to open maintain and retain new business relationships.

- Participate and cooperate with the Board of Management in making iCare a better place to work.

- Developing an action plan on an annual and quarterly basis and achieving the same.

- Winning new and managing relationships with new and existing corporates to improve top line revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain relationships and Ensuring all contracts with Orgs are periodically reviewed, revised and finalized/ standardized in compliance with the legal and audit/statutory standards.

- Positioning and marketing of iCare Benefits with external business development partners.

- Coaching, mentoring and training the corporate sales team

- Supporting the corporate sales team in staffing and performance management.

Yêu cầu công việc

-          Minimum 10 - 15 years in enterprise sales (B2B customer acquisition, relationship building and account management)

-          Minimum 5 years in direct people development and management as part of the team. Proven leadership traits.

-          Bilingual language skills, good communicator and enviable interpersonal skills/people relationships.
