Mô tả công việc

  • 1. Online Sales Planning

- Assortment Planning and Merchandising- To develop & monitor key performance indicators- Understanding market need to provide suitable products to increase Sales- To coordinate with Merchandise department for product order, providing product information- To develop on-line merchandising and promotion strategy to achieve sales targets- To provide business analysis and insights on sales, pricing and on-going opportunities for incremental volume and margin- To enlarge online registration & maintain loyal customer

  • 2. Order management

- To train up online sales team about product flow, order monitoring, customer service, etc….- To ensure products being available and more variety to meet online Shopper needs- To following up order until delivered to customers and to settle returned / canceled orders.

  • 3. Rules and Regulations

- Follow approved project development strategy- Follow company’s policies, rules and regulations.- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to contribute work follow deadline.

  • Other duties

- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by E-commerce Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 3 years experience in same position- Graduated University (Business administration)- Prefer having experience working for FMCG- Good understanding on E-commercial Sales (general trade market and selling)- Strong organizational communication skills- Strong team work and interpersonal skill
