Group Account Manager

In order to dedicatedly support our challenging Sales agenda, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Group Account Manager.

Report to: Organized Trade ManagerMain Purposes:

Build volume, revenue, & profitability in Modern Trade by selling in Initiatives established during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, and ensure all assigned accounts comply with PepsiCo performance standards and CDA commitments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Grow volume, revenue and share in modern trade channel

    • Negotiate, develop, and execute effective contracts with identified customers

    • Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Pepsi standard (CAP)

    • Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned

    • Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions activities for accounts to enhance brand image and gain share. Ensuring products always available in each store

    • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field

    • Monitor & control MT Budget to increase revenue per kg. Analyze the results of MT budget used

    • Monitor performance and compliance to contracts, taking corrective actions where necessary

    • Manage customers’ debt to make sure payment on time and in full as per company policy.

    • Ensure new products listed in assigned customers as guideline.

    • Work with locations to get customer insights & design suitable sales program.

    • Do market visit to track execution of MT programs.

    • 2. Set objectives and track results

    • Set clear objectives that are consistent with MU goals with each member of the team

    • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions

    • Report: competitor activities, monthly sales review, promotion evaluation…

    • Review progress vs. objectives on a bi-weekly basis

    • Have periodic meeting with customers to review performance and take immediate action plan.

      3. Identify and win new business

    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop products in new accounts in assigned location

      4. Others

    • Managing and coaching Merchandisers to execute daily sales operation in assigned locations.

    • Lead problem solving and help locations handling issues in assigned accounts.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • At least Bachelor’s Degree
    • Have at least 4 years of experiences in MT Channel, 2 years of experiences at equivalent role
    • Negotiation skill

    • Planning and analyzing skills
    • Supervisory skill
    • Influencing skill is preferable.
    • English (writing, verbal) proficiency
    • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
