CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job requirement

• Ensure effective communicaton with company's international customers on matters relating to product details, order confirmation, production schedule, logistics and shipping, price policy and payment schedules.

• Printing label

• In time communicate with customers about order status

• In time feedback to customers information they need

• Coordinate with other department to assure smooth operation

• Other tasks assigned by General Director

Job requirement

• College/University degree

• Humanities, administrative, Business Administration

• Excellent in English both written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).

• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication and negotiation skills, intergrity

• Ability to work under pressure, independently and within a team.

• Be highly motivated, highly responsible and proactive attitude, integrity.

• Have a strong attention to detail

• Working in Duc Hoa, Long An (having shuttle bus from HCMC)
