Customer Service Assistant

Job requirement

Working Location & Working Time::

  • 391 Điện Biên Phủ, P. 4, Q. 3, TP. HCM: thứ 2 – thứ 7 (off chủ nhật); 03 ca (ca1: 08h-17h; ca2: 9h-18h; ca3: 10h-19h)
  • 01 Nguyễn Thái Bình, P.4, Quận Tân Bình, TP. HCM: 06 ngày/tuần (off 1 ngày trong tuần); 03 ca (ca1: 09h-18h; ca2: 10h-19h; ca3: 11h-20h)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the cash, bank transfer, POS, E-payment properly according to operation standards.
  • Product handling to distributors on express counter.
  • Control VAT invoice and support Leader in preparing VAT report.
  • Support direct upline to do some report of overtime, return report…
  • Ensure fast and accurate information of distributor are keyed in & updated in the system in compliance with operation standards.
  • Provide good customer service to distributors.
  • Constant reporting and feedbacks on issues encountered to leader.
  • Ensure counter / area is clean and tidy at all time.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 year experience in customer service position.
  • Experience in cash handling, & working in front counter to receive and key in data on system.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Having good customer service.
  • Good computer skills.
  • High degree of attention / accuracy.
  • Able to work in team or individual, honesty.
  • Working in high pressure environment.
