Customer Care Specialist

Job requirement

  • Receive and handle complaints assigned as per channel in order to make sure that all the complaints are handled properly, fairly according to the company’s rules and service standard
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle the crisis/incident from customer’s complaints
  • Log all cases into case management system promptly, follow up report and close cases as per defined TAT, make weekly/monthly report to control the complaint situations
  • Propose changes to business process and other related activities to ensure service standard and enhance service quality of the VPB FC
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by (Senior) Customer Care Team Leader

Working location: 144 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh

Job requirement

  • Diploma or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, HR or any related fields
  • At least 01 years of call center customer service experience, preferably in a finance environment
  • Experience in handling customer complaint or dealing F2F with customer is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to extract necessary knowledge from current knowledge databases.
  • Customer-orientation skill
  • Problem Solving/Analysis skills
  • Good multi-tasking skill
  • Positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
  • English requirement
