Working with Prudential as Complaint Handling Senior Specialist means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to deliver the best tool & support the daily operation of the biggest Insurance Cooperation in Vietnam.

Key responsibilities:- Received and handle complaints assigned as per location in order to make sure that all the complaints are handled properly, fairly according to the company’s rules and service standard- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle the crisis/incident from customer’s complaints.- Follow up report and close calls as per defined TAT- Propose changes to business process and other related activities to ensure service standard and enhance service quality of the Company.- Participate in the analysis report on the complaint for service recovery and prevent crisis occurring.- Support programs, projects, ad-hoc tasks, section/ department’s activities/duties.. in relevant projects- Others: to be assigned by the Line Manager or Company’s Management (if any)
