Job requirement

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high standard and quality marketing activities in a timely manner to support business growth for specific products / segments for card acquisition.
  • Perform analysis of targeted products / segments, competitive position and trends.
  • Support the rollout of effective advertising and marketing initiatives to contribute to the Brand Health Index (BHI) and Customer Recommendation Index (CRI).
  • Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
  • Support marketing budget management to facilitate effective deployment to enhance return on investment.
  • Support new product development efforts, as well as oversight of product launch execution and communications.
  • Develop and coordinate credit card acquisition campaigns that drive new account growth.
  • Assist to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns to grow selected products / segments.
  • Support campaign development to ensure smooth implementation, and facilitate evaluation and review for continuous improvements
  • Conceptualizes new technology applications and enhancements to existing programs.
  • Maintain a close alignment with other functional supports in VNM RBWM.
  • Develops multiple relationships with external parties & multiple partners.
  • Understanding lending best practice within different channels, and engaging channel partners to embed successful, customer-centric methods to drive credit card acquisition in the right way.
  • Embrace HSBC’s values and principles in day-to-day work to demonstrate values-aligned behavior.
  • Demonstrate teamwork through positive approach and develop a close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with analytics team, aligning on methodology and approach to targeting and optimizing audience and size/ scope of campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns across all prospect cardholder touch-points with others department, including direct mail, digital, mobile, call center, statements and branch channels.

Job requirement

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing field, preferable in the financial field, understanding of digital is a plus.
  • Knowledge in any of marketing, business, customer experience, products is mandatory.
  • Experience in activation or event execution, partnership is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication both English and Vietnamese.
  • Team oriented, with high energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Strong presentation skills with MS Office especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
