C&B Manager

Mô tả công việc

• Salary distribution to divisions on SAP system and provide data to Chief Accountant.

• Updating information or policies, regulations relating to C&B.

• Develop and execute the performance and rewards strategy; Support in managing the integrity of job grading and salary levels.

• Drive the performance management process (goal setting, appraisal)

• Liaise with head of department to finalize performance ratings, promotions, salary increments, short-term and long-term incentives, etc.

• Ensure the administration of payroll, all kinds of benefit, PIT, bonus, final payment are managed efficiently and timely.

• Liaise with employees and labor union on a regular basis to communicate about company events, address any grievances, etc.

• Monitor compliance with the various government regulations and state laws and take corrective action as required

• Follow up validity of labor contracts and renew.

• Data input HR software with all necessary information.

• Be responsible to apply working permit, visa… for expatriates.

• Follow up termination, hand-over in collaboration with resigned employee’s dept. manager, and admin person in charge.

• Prepare Decision, Termination Notice, and Termination Payment.

• Prepare memo on new hired employees and resigned employees in month.

• Make assigned reports on time.

• Set objective goals, evaluate performance of subordinates and provide them regular feedback

• Identify performance gaps in subordinates and provide necessary support to close such gaps

• Train and mentor subordinates on technical as well as behavioral aspects of their respective roles

• Provide opportunities to the team to develop their capabilities

• Resolve issues faced by subordinates

• Other tasks required by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma/ BA Degree in any discipline.

• Good communicate in both Vietnamese and English

• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in related job.

• Use to work as C&B Manager for companies with more than 1500 headcounts.

• Literate in MS office (word, excel, power point..) and database system

• Good knowledge of Labor law, Social Insurance Law, HR policies and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment, detail-oriented, mature, accuracy, think out of the box and time management
