Brand Manager

Job requirement

Analyze brand performance and propose action plans to fix issues

  • The Brand Manager liaises cross functionally to conduct and collect all relevant market and consumer data for their brand to feed into the development of a local brand plan (i.e., market and consumer needs analysis, competitor analysis, trade environment and pricing activities, manufacturing opportunities and assessing local economic situation)

Brand strategy development and activation

  • Lead, influence and work strategically with Sales team to drive execution excellence and evaluate the activation effectiveness.
  • Inspire and lead team to develop communication strategy together with good execution quality.
  • In charge for marketing activation to ensure effectiveness and high ROI.
  • Monthly monitor business performance

Organization Development

  • Takes ownership of co-op with cross-functional teams
  • Manages talent through effective recruitment, development, coaching and advancement planning.

Job requirement

1.      University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing;

2.      Experience: At least 6-7 years experiences with solid marketing experience in developing & executing strategy and brand building.

3.      Strong leadership as well as team player;

4.      English fluent (written and spoken);

5.      Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

6.      Ability to work in a multi-functions;

7.      Positive / success-oriented attitude;

Able to handle complexity and change management;
