Job Description

  • Calculate and make a list of orders to send to domestic and foreign suppliers every month (using Iplanner software).
  • Track the goods arrival schedule
  • Enter goods into the system every month when the goods arrive at the warehouse.
  • Send monthly KPI reports.
  • Create prices for spare parts.
  • Make a list of old inventory cancellations + Reports.
  • Process data for warehouse rearrangement and annual inventory + Reports.
  • Classify spare parts by quarter.
  • Check the name, material and function of spare parts.
  • Priority is given to those with experience in placing orders
