Assistant Sales Director

Mô tả công việc

- Provide any general administrative assistance to Sales Director

- Be responsible for creating/adjusting/implementing and maintaining Standard Operation Procedures/administrative systems of Sales Department as well as office facilities

- Coordinate & support Line Managers for building up/adjusting/maintaining sales personnel system. Act as the window between HR department and Sales Department to control as well as to keep track of relevant HR-related documents

- Assisting Sales Director in preparing/implementing general operational strategies in both internal and external and suggesting solutions for any problems in sales department in order to improve organization’s operational performance (if required)

- Better follow up with teams’ line managers for any requirements by Sales Director in the most effective way to make sure the sales team keep deadline, work smoothly and effectively

- Represents/ on behalf of Sales Director on communicating with all departments in the company and particularly follows up on the compliance of all department as the company procedures.

- Liaise with other departments/sections externally/internally regarding to sales department/section issues and provide supports to make sure the sales operation run smoothly under Sales Director’s guide.

- Responsible for other assignments as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or above (Business Administration or English is preferred)

- At least 5 years’ experience at the same position

- Authorized to represent/on behalf of Sales Director to coordinate and transfer Regional Sales Director’s order/request to relevant personnel

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.(FMCG is preferred)

- Software skills : Microsoft Office, understanding of internet

- Spoken & written English (fluent level required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Strong problem solving skill.

- Time and task management skill.

- Good organizational, research and secretarial skills

- Careful and service-minded, open-minded, dynamic, pro-active character.

- Good communication  in English
