Area Sales Manager - GT

Mô tả công việc

  • Analysis and evaluate business situation (strength, weakness, opportunities, threatens) in the South area.
  • Manage the field sales activities of the assigned territory in such manner as to achieve sales budget (Primary sales).
  • To monitor and back check areas’ performance in the South
  • Work with Sales Supervisor (SS) /Sales Rep. (SR) to ensure efficient strategy implementing in the whole territory.
  • Control the sales force activities and review reports of all SS/SRs and make appropriate recommendation in order to maximize sales force efficiency.
  • Performance review for SS. To prepare the succession plan for potential Sales Supervisors.
  • Co-operate with Customer Service about the delivery activities at local warehouse.
  • To have a plan for visiting the key retailers, key wholesalers in Hanoi and provinces.
  • Co-ordinate with product Manager and play the leading role in organizing the customer meeting (KA meeting) at the whole region.
  • To co-ordinate with Trade Marketing Manager in the national promotion program.
  • Propose the idea about the promotion scheme.
  • Develop the merchandising strategy in region.
  • Provide monthly report to National GT Sales Manager.
