Position: Design Manager - Real Estate

- Working location: District 1, HCM city
- Monthly Salary: 50,000,000~60,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Receive and carry out design-related tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- Conduct site surveys and condition assessments, develop design briefs, and prepare design proposals when assigned.
- Develop overall and detailed design schedules for all stages: concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
- Establish milestones and monitor design progress
- Coordinate with design consultants to propose materials and products for the interior and exterior finishes.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, fire safety, infrastructure, interior, and landscape to ensure design consistency.
- Ensure all design documents comply with legal requirements and support the permit applications.
- Internal Coordination:
+ Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Sales, Legal, and CCP to align project requirements.
+ Work closely with the construction management team to ensure the design is practical and executable on-site.
- Supervise the construction process to ensure it complies with approved design drawings.
- Coordinate and resolve any issues arising during construction to maintain quality and schedule.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar position
- Has participated in or taken charge of 2–3 medium to large-scale projects, including residential apartments, Lowrise, Villas,
- Experienced in working with both local and international design consultants, and in coordinating with related disciplines (structure, MEP, fire protection, interior design, etc.)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and SketchUp
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to develop process schedules for the department
- Experienced in reviewing and checking technical drawings

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCad, Sketchup
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Capable of planning and monitoring project execution
- Professional attitude and positive mindset
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and active listening
