Overview:

  • The PR and Communications Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the direct marketing team and the planning of the publicity strategy of ASIA DMC, using a wide range of media to build and sustain good relationships between the company and the public through planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
  • He/she coordinates the team effectively to monitor the public including press and media and researches to find out the concerns and expectations of the companies stakeholders and reports and explains the findings to the DOBD.
  • The PR and Communications Manager is also responsible for the planning of the creation and communication of key messages to the target audience to establish, build and maintain goodwill and understanding between HG Holdings and the public.
  • The candidate must be capable of leading a team of talented individuals and can demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • He/she must also be capable of managing effectively multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines, and can work well under pressure.

  • Planning and coordination of publicity campaigns
  • Create and manage the social media plan
  • Coordinate the creation of content for all social media, blog, newsletters, PR articles and content creation (copywriting) on request
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media and stakeholders
  • Liaising with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
  • Liaising with our ASIA DMC PR company to develop the brand recognition overseas
  • Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, special theme events, tours and visits
  • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation
  • Pro-actively network to build reputation and trust between the company and the public
  • Supervise the coordination of sponsorship opportunities
  • Supervise coordination of Photo and Video shootings
  • Analyzing media coverage and reporting key findings
  • Deliver weekly reports with statistics and results of all campaigns and activities of the team Collaborates efficiently with the members of other departments to ensure smooth inter-department collaboration
  • Informing the DOM  about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress through weekly reports
  • Coordinate the marketing back office work
  • Support sales tem with sales tools, educational tools, webinar creation and such
