Mô tả công việc

•⁠ ⁠Primary responsibility is generating sales of animal feed ingredients;
•⁠ ⁠Collection and reporting of market information;
•⁠ ⁠Follow up and coordination on contracts, shipping documents, shipment schedules, payments, etc;
•⁠ ⁠Checking shipping documents to ensure compliance with contract and LC terms;
•⁠ ⁠Update buyers on vessel ETA, coordinate with shipping line and suppliers on any issues;
•⁠ ⁠Keep proper records of contracts and related documents;
•⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly reports on contracts and shipments.

Yêu cầu công việc


•⁠  ⁠Fluency in written and spoken English;
•⁠  ⁠Graduate degree, preferably from Foreign Trade College/University;
•⁠  ⁠From 03 years’ experience in similar position;
•⁠  ⁠Extensive relationships with purchase departments in the feed industry is a must;
•⁠  ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
