Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for driving sales related to Testing, Inspection and Certification in wood industry sector
  • Identify, initiate and follow-up new business opportunities, including account development, new product launches, and market expansion.
  • Proactively generate and pursue sales leads and prospects to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Manage and service assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and accountability for meeting sales targets.
  • Achieve KPIs related to client visits and engagement with new prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver prompt, accurate quotations in response to client inquiries.
  • Build, strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and business partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Do other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
  • Experience and knowledge of the wood industry is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) of wood or related products is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Proven abilities in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Highly organized, open-minded, and respectful.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a professional attitude.
