Mô tả công việc

DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT BUSINESS STRATEGIES:

  • Analyze the logistics market, identify potential customer stragements

  • Propose and implement plans to expand the market, develop services (sea transport, air transport, domestic transport, customs declaration, etc.)

  • Develop and implement quarterly/annual business plans, allocate sales targets to each sales staff

  • Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and adjust it to suit the market situation and company capacity.

​MANAGE AND DEVELOP THE SALES TEAM

  • Recruit, train and lead a professional sales team with specialized knowledge in logistics

  • Set up KPIs, monitor and evaluate individual and team performance.

  • Build a positive working culture, a spirit of collaboration and towards common goals.

  • Training sales skills, negotiation, customer care, and logistics service knowledge for employees.

DEVELOPING CUSTOMERS

  • Searching and approaching new customers

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and high service reuse rates.

  • Directly participating in meetings, contract negotiations, resolving complaints and supporting the handling of special requests from larrge customers.

  • Lead and advise the expansion team to meet customers

  • Responsible for individual and departmental KPIs

REPORTING AND DATA ANALYSIS

  • Make periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) on sales, sales performance, customer situation.

  • Analyze sales data, market, customer behavior to develop appropriate strategies.

  • Timely update the changes in the logistics industry to advise the Directors on strategic directions

Yêu cầu công việc

1/ Requirements

  • Have at least 02 years of experience in the sales management position 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry,... 

  • Have a strategic vision, decisiveness 

  • Ability to train and guide employees. 

  • Proficient in English, knowing Japanese is an advantage 

  • Proficient in office computer 

  • Withstand work pressure.... 

  • Work dedicatedly, proactively, for the development of the company. Always demonstrate the highest level of responsibility in work 

  • Always be creative in work, always think in new directions to develop work more effectively and professionally 

2/ Benefits

- Income: Negotiable

- Working hours:

From Monday to Friday. Morning: 08:30 - 12:00, Afternoon 13:00 - 17:30.

Saturday (Work from home) : 08:30 - 12:00

Sunday and holiday: Off

- Probation: 02 months

- Pay social insurance after the probationary period.
