1. Operation Planning
Annual & Rolling Sales Planning
- Develop annualy Bussiness Plan, Sales Plan aligned with BOD’s objectives & expectations.
- Conduct quarterly/monthly rolling revisions based on updated performance, market dynamics, and strategic direction.
- Working with KAM team to allocate sales targets by channel/account in alignment with company goals.
• Trade Activities Planning
- Build Full-year Detail Trade Activities Plan covering all activites: promotion, rental, display, activations, POSM, and channel-specific initiatives.
- Working with Customer’s Brand team, KAM to ensure the plan is aligned across functions.
• Budget Planning
- Based on Bussiness Plan, Develop the annual and quarterly Trade Marketing Budget.
- Propose budget allocations for promotions, POSM, displays, and activities based on business priorities.
- Ensure spending alignment with forecast and business strategy.
• Demand Forecast & Supply Coordination
- Work closely with Customer to forecast products demand.
- Ensure inventory readiness for trade promotions and seasonal peaks.
- Coordinate to secure timely stock availability and avoid shortage or overstock.
2. Management & Performance Tracking
• Sales Performance Management
- Take ownership of the sales target and present performance results to BOD and Customer.
- Work closely with KAM/Sales/Warehouse teams to track progress and ensure target achievement.
• Trade Execution Management & Budget Controling
- Oversee execution of Trade Marketing activities to ensure full compliance with approved mechanics.
- Monitor Brand’s coverage, visibility, and in-store execution.
- Manage trade marketing budget, monitor spending progress, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed budget reports, reconcile data with Finance/Accounting, and track actual vs. planned spending.
• Inventory & POSM Management
- Manage inventory availability to ensure sufficient stock coverage across warehouses.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain/Planning teams to minimize out-of-stock and overstock.
- Oversee POSM planning, allocation, stock levels, and usage across channels.
- Ensure POSM efficiency and accurate tracking.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement Proposals
- Analyze sales performance, category trends, and effectiveness of trade activities.
- Provide insights and propose improvement plans to optimize growth and ROI.
3. Others
• Market Overview
- Monitor and update market information, competitor movements, category trends, and pricing.
- Provide early warnings and opportunities based on market dynamics.
- Conduct research on potential new categories or new business areas upon BOD request.
- Prepare feasibility reports, benchmarking, and recommendations.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD to support business growth and strategic planning.
