What You’ll Be Doing:
- Human Resource Strategy and Planning:
● Research and develop long-term human resource development strategies aligned with the company’s business orientation.
● Plan recruitment, training, succession, and development of the management team.
● Propose and advise the Board of Directors on strategic HR policies.
- Recruitment and Talent Development:
● Supervise and directly participate in recruitment activities.
● Build the employer brand and expand the pool of qualified candidates.
● Design training programs to develop skills and managerial competencies for employees and managers.
- Training and Development:
● Conduct training needs assessments across departments and levels.
● Design and implement training programs to improve job performance, soft skills, and leadership capabilities.
● Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
● Build internal trainer networks and maintain annual training plans and budgets.
● Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance employee growth and retention.
- C&B Management and Employee Relations:
● Ensure accurate and lawful implementation of timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, and benefits.
● Develop competitive compensation systems to motivate employees.
● Resolve employee complaints and disputes in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
● Promote engagement activities and improve employee experience.
- Performance Management and Organizational Development:
● Develop, implement, and monitor performance management systems.
● Design, deploy, and manage KPI and OKR frameworks to align individual, departmental, and company goals.
● Analyze HR data to provide insights and propose improvements to organizational structure and workflows.
● Establish HR development plans and succession planning for the workforce.
- Administration Management:
● Supervise administrative tasks: clerical work, assets, office equipment, and office supplies.
● Manage IT staff, ensure stable system operations, and safeguard information security.
● Plan and organize internal company events (team building, annual parties, employee recognition, holiday celebrations) to strengthen team cohesion and corporate culture.
- Leadership and Team Management:
● Lead, develop, and manage the HR, IT, and Legal teams to ensure smooth departmental operations and collaboration.
● Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback for team members.

Who We’re Looking For:
- University degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law.
- 5–7 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, salary, bonus, welfare, and employee relations.
- Skills in developing HR strategies, policies, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong leadership, motivational ability, and capability in team development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good in English.
