Mô tả công việc

  • Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners both directly and online.
  • Receive customer feedback and coordinate with other departments within the company to promptly resolve any arising issues.
  • Provide regular reports to direct supervisors on sales performance and customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Ability to lead a team to achieve agreed-upon goals.
  • Strong listening skills and effective conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in consulting or in the Printing and Packaging industry is an advantage (over 2 years).
  • Good English skills in reading, writing, and communication.
  • Knowledge of Chinese/Korean/Japanese is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
