As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across our core segments: HORECA, MT/GT, B2B E-commerce, and Culinary institutions. You will be the first point of contact to engage leads and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Prospect and qualify leads via email, phone, social media, outbound campaigns and respond to inbound leads.
- Understand buyer personas and accurately route leads to Account Executive or Key Account Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Experience 1-3 years in Sales, Business Development, Lead generation, Customer preferably in F&B industry.
Knowledge of the culinary, hospitality, or kitchenware industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
