Human Resources Manager (M/F)

Cooptalis Vietnam is currently recruiting an HR Manager (M/F) for one of our international clients in Construction sector, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Roles and responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Vietnam Managing Director and the HR Group Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for HR activities and HR department in Vietnam

• Develop staffing plan, ensure an efficient hiring process from sourcing to selection and compensation negotiation, ensure good candidates experiment
• Review and improve current HR policies in Vietnam to align with the group policies, responsible for the policy changes communication to employees
• Responsible for the compensation plan and benefits program, including payroll administration; analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
• Assess training demands to provide and monitor suitable training and development programs
• Implement retention strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction and to reduce employee turnover
• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in Vietnam

Your profile:

• Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Labour Economics, Law, Business Administration or related field
• Years of experience: Minimum of 7 years general experience in human resources with proven record within a multinational organization
• Experienced working in construction, civil engineering, or similar industries
• Excellent understanding of Vietnam regulations and best practices in HR
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Good leadership, result oriented, problem solver, flexible and quick adaptation to changes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
