Position: Human Resource Manager - Affiliate Marketing

Responsibility

1. HR General:

● Maintain close and professional relationships with BODs and employees to be able to deeply understand, consult and execute people-related projects.

● Reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, maximizing manpower contribution to the company and ensuring compliance with labour ordinances and other local regulations

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily operations and manage employees to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance

● Kick off HRIS and build employee performance evaluation and related processes

2. Talent Acquisition

● Working closely with our TA members to ensure the right talent is hired on time and achieves the best candidate experience.

● Act as an internal consultant to provide specific insights/ solutions to leaders, to manage Compensation and Headcount budgets are aligned with the plans.

3. Learning & Development

● After understanding our employee’s performance results, you will identify training needs and evaluation of development program

4. Employee engagement

● Responsible for employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment

● Handle employee relations issues from the initial incident, undertake investigations, identify solutions and follow through until completion.

• Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～62,000,000 VND

Requirements

・Age: 24-50. Gender: Any

・Education: Bachelor and above

・Language: English - Business Level (to report to Expat BOD) 

・Experience: From 3 years of experience in an operational HR Business partner (HRBP) or HRM or Talent Acquisition role in an Affiliate Marketing company 

・Skills: 

+ High level of self-motivation, whilst comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and complex matrix business

+ Have the ability to thrive in an environment of changing directions and strategies.

・Experience in MNC or startup, building up/renovating HR from scratch is a plus
