1/ Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and maintain good external relationships with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships.
- Develop and maintain good internal relationships with all departments for deep understanding the requirements of each position.
- Build up resources searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies.
2/ Deep knowledge of workforce within company
- Work closely with HOD across various designated business functions to create or update suitable JDs for every Personnel Acquisition (PA) request (if needed)
- Manage the relationship with the internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.
3/ Talent Search
- Select potential candidates, plan interviews to ensure an effective recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews appropriate to each position including rounds from phone interview, professional skills test, to attitude matching interview.
- Organizing interview schedules for candidates and hiring departments.
- Provide a summary of the interview results from each round and submit a report.
- Prepare recruitment proposal, offer letter or recruitment decision for competent authority to sign (if required).
- Implement the onboarding process to help new employees integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.
- Coordinate with the IT and Administration departments to have a full staff kit for new employees.
- Monitor probationary evaluation.
4/ Employer branding
- Coordinate and implement employer branding programs to increase candidate awareness.
- Support activities related to building a good working environment and employer branding with employees and external partners.
- Build a professional personal and company image on recruitment support websites.
- Internal communication: ensure colleagues embrace the core values and spirit of the organization.
