Job Description
Manage and lead the store team to achieve sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and in-store experience.
Participate in recruitment and training to improve staff professionalism and expertise.
Ensure visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations consistently meet company standards.
Analyze sales data and inventory to develop operational plans and improvement strategies.
Collaborate with other departments and area managers to optimize store resources and effectively implement business strategies.
