Job Description

• Manage and lead the store team to achieve sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and in-store experience.

• Participate in recruitment and training to improve staff professionalism and expertise.

• Ensure visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations consistently meet company standards.

• Analyze sales data and inventory to develop operational plans and improvement strategies.

• Collaborate with other departments and area managers to optimize store resources and effectively implement business strategies.
