Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operations and development of all Service Stations in the Southern region in alignment with company strategy;
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team to enhance overall management efficiency;
• Promote standardized implementation of quality management across stations;
• Maintain customer relationships and expand business coverage in the region;
• Supervise payment settlement and cash handling at each station;
• Analyze and consolidate operational data, and regularly report to the company on performance and improvement plans;
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to drive process optimization and service enhancement.

• 协调跨部门沟通,推进流程优化与服务提升。
a. Bachelor’s degree or above;
b. Fluency in English or Chinese (all four skills);
c. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, with at least 2 years in regional management;
d. Strong knowledge of station operations, team development, and business growth practices;
