Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to maintain a competitive pay scale.
Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
Lead or assist in HR projects related to C&B optimization, automation, and employee engagement.
