The primary workplace is at the Ho Chi Minh City office, with regular weekly visits to the Phan Thiet plant
1.Business Development:Develop new customers, maintain existing accounts, set sales plans and achieve sales targets.
2.Market Development & Analysis:Collect market and competitor information, propose market strategies, analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
3.Quotation & Contract Management:Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts in line with company policy. Ensure contract terms protect company interests.
4.Cross-functional Coordination:Work with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
5.Sales Performance & Reporting:Monitor sales performance, provide regular sales reports, and recommend improvements to management.
6. Execution, promotion, and operation of private label projects
7. Development and management of private label distributors
1. Education:Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience:Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial products (fasteners, hardware) preferred.
3. Professional Skills:
Familiar with B2B international sales processes (quotation, contract, shipment, payment).
Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
4. Language:Required: Fluent English for international client communication.
Preferred: Mandarin proficiency.
5. Personal Attributes:
Proactive, result-driven, and ambitious in achieving sales goals.
High stress tolerance and multitasking ability.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
