Car Audio Sales manager leads and manages Car Audio sales team to increase turnover, drive revenue, expand market demand, and achieve business objectives.
Oversees all sales operations across B2B channels: car care, car garages, car manufacturers dealers, retail store/workshop and E-commerce.
Strategy & Execution
- Create annual plan and follow-up by quarterly/ monthly actions to achieve the plan.
- Set-up pricing strategies and distribution policy agreements.
- Manage the overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
Sales Management
- Set targets by channel/ by products with action plan and clear timeline to reach the targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage inventory and product purchasing, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Build relationships with Dealers/Partners and resolve possible conflicts smoothly.
Team Leadership
- Inspire and manage the team, set clear goals/ objectives with practical guidance/ timelines.
- Monitor the overall performance of the team to maximize efficiency and manage all tasks to be done as deadline/ schedule.
- Ensure effective collaboration with other Departments for smooth operational tasks.
Customer and Market Development
- Build strong relationships with key partners/ dealers of all channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and related team to execute on-line /off-line promotional activities, including Car/Motor Show events.
- Analyse market trends, explore new markets and provide insights.
- Strategic actions to expand the coverage of Distribution network nationwide.
Oversea Partners Communication
- Communicate with Global brand partners for supply issues, pricing, new model launch, technical related topics, etc...
- Conduct or join on-line/off-line meetings to ensure operational tasks resolved properly.
