Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans aligned with approved targets; establish processes and guidelines for customers and team members.
Supervise and ensure execution of the sales plan.
Create strategies for expanding market presence.
Plan and recruit additional team members when necessary.
Oversee and evaluate operational processes.
Manage and supervise both customers and team staff efficiently.
Operate and maintain systems based on standard procedures and guidelines.
Track and report on KPI achievements.
Provide training and guidance to junior employees.
Handle unexpected issues and resolve arising problems.
Carry out specific tasks related to system development as assigned by management.
Develop departmental strategies, KPIs, and policy frameworks for both customers and staff.
Manage and supervise the entire sales process.
Delegate and allocate tasks effectively to managers to optimize sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or Economics.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
