• Develop and execute brand strategies for the distribution division to enhance brand visibility and market share across diverse product categories (Beauty).
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to implement trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and in store activations tailored to various product lines
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within distribution channels for diverse industries.
• Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for campaigns, promotions, and channel specific activities across multiple product categories.
• Create and oversee marketing collateral, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and brand assets customized for distribution channels and product diversity.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI across diverse product lines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in the distribution network for various product categories.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Detail- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or related roles, preferably in distribution across diverse industries (e.g., Beauty).
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, trade marketing, and retail dynamics for varied product categories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to handle multi industry partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies for diverse markets.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable to work in a fast-p-paced environment with multiple product categories.
