Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for organizing the first Condominium Conference to establish the first-term BOC in accordance with legal regulations

  • Responsible for fulfilling the Investor’s handover obligations to BOCs

  • Implement the development of operation management plans and management fee unit prices for new projects

  • Attend meetings with government authorities and BOC acting as a liaison to ensure effective communication between Phu My Hung and BOCs

  • Periodically inspect, evaluate, and monitor the quality of operation management services in neighborhoods without BOC

  • Handle complaints from residents and customers regarding the quality of operation management services within the urban area

  • Represent the Investor in participating in BOCs

  • Coordinate with the Finance Team to review expenditure items from the Maintenance Fund in accordance with legal regulations

  • Other duties as assigned by BOD and in line with professional responsibilities


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines

  • Requirement: A valid condominium operation management certificate

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building or real estate project management, with at least 2 years in an equivalent role

  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in successfully organizing condominium conferences

  • Thorough understanding of real estate project operation management, including relevant regulations and procedures from the handover phase through operation to project closure

  • Thorough understanding of legal regulations related to condominium operation and management

  • Preference will be given to candidates with English communication skills
