The day-to-day activities:

  • Responsible for analyzing driver performance and reporting driver performance metrics.
  • Responsible for implementing ongoing processes relating to driver/partner quality controls.
  • Responsible for reviewing operational processes to improve quality of process execution and quality of data.
  • Responsible for implementing and reviewing country fraud controls.
  • Assist with fraud-related checks responding to driver requests to reactivate or change verticals.
  • Other related duties as required by Team Lead or Country QC Manager.





The must haves:

  • 2-5 years experience in an administrative service environment (preferably in a regulated environment).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and thorough
  • Keen and prudent judgment and decision making
  • Ability to implement and execute change accordingly
  • Ability to analyze data to assess trends and issues impacting performance
  • Confers with customer representative to resolve complaints
  • Knowledgeable with office computing tools Microsoft Office / Google Docs
  • University Graduate, business, communication or language a plus.
