TASK ACHIEVEMENT / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
- Cooperate with business dept. to get align, build up and update training material
- Build up and update knowledge base to storage and show up all information related to product and process
- Make training plan, deliver training course to newcomer and re-training for the old one
- Design test content and make plan for examination (include setting up: upload to system, notify Agent, and follow up timeline…)
- Make training report
- Analyze QA report to find out points of coaching/re-training for improvement
- Collect ideas from business, analyze and give proposal for system/process/procedure improvement
- To be representative of QA to discuss with Head of Sales Channel/Sales Performance to find out the causes effect on Sales Volume (Products, Procedure, Staff soft skills, System Support, Lead generation…)
