Kinh nghiệm:
• Provide full administrative support to the General Director
• Review and verify all incoming admin documents before presenting them to the CEO for approval and signing.
• Work with 3rd party accountancy firm to prepare and maintain bookkeeping docs (drafting business decisions,
supportive docs company expenses, draft debit notes, collect E-invoices, send out payslips, register time-off for employees, …)
• Work with 3rd party legal firms to prepare legal docs for authorities
• Coordinate travel arrangements including, booking flight tickets, car rentals, accomodations, …
• Draft content for internal announcements
• Maintain accurate and well-organized company records (both digital and physical)
• Perform other tasks as required by General Director
• Be available 12-16 hours per month to perform admin tasks for the General Director as they arise.
• On site presence not requested. Work can mostly be done remotely.
Presence only required to maintain physical company records (printing, preparation for signing and ultimate filing)
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
• Possibility to take on full time job elsewhere besides freelance contract
• Fresh graduates or candidates with under 2 years of experience in similar roles are welcome;
• IELTS 6.5 or higher
• Professional, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail focused, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software
• Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Professional, friendly, and reliable
• Eager to learn and potentially grow into higher responsibility roles
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Preferably live nearby the office (D7) for preparing and filing hard copy docs in company records
Compensation and benefits:
- Interesting compensation package of 6.000.000 VND net under freelance contract for 12-16 hours
admin tasks and document preparation (can be outside normal office hours) on monthly basis.
- Assistance provided for drawing up freelance contract and registering with authorities by 3rd party accountancy firm.
- Possibility to evolve into a full time job on the mid/long term
- No 9-to-5 job. Flexible time to perform tasks
