YOUR ROLE
Ocean Customer Service Executive is responsible for implementation of the new customers and maintains the relationship with existing customers. They will be first contact of customers for problem solving, support and solution. Moreover, they also work closely with Procurement & Pricing Department to maintain a profitable gross yield, Finance department for customer’s payment, Legal department for contract and others if any.
