Mô tả công việc

  • Find new customer to promote our service
  • Market survey as new service from our competitor.
  • Collect market information from customer to update to HQ&MGM
  • Quotation and filling tariff rate and special rate all trades.
  • Coordinate with other team EC, OPS, CS, AC for other issue like payment, pick up container, extend closing time SI,VGM, CDS.
  • Visiting customer and make meeting minutes and send sales lead + report for MGM to improve our weak service daily.
  • Keep maintain relationship with current account for more support. Tracing their cargo all trades and coordinate with CSR team to handle their shipment from booking till empty return: change COD, change free-time and other request as: cleaning fee, repair cntrs,…
  • Quotation and filling tariff rate, spot rate.
  • Coordinate with CSR and sales team to fulfill our BSA on each voyage/each service.
  • Submit weekly and monthly report for trade manager.
  • Other reports as Manager request such as standby list, update booking, account base report all trade, update DG volume of CA weekly,
  • Carry out other tasks and prepare additional reports as required by the MGM.
  • Conduct sales visits and generate weekly sales leads to support business growth, especially for underperforming services.
  • Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.

- Required language(s): English

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in shipping line is priority.

- Full-Time position(s) available.

-Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.

- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
